2. What is the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
- Raw hair: Completely unprocessed and comes from a single donor. Cuticles are fully intact and aligned.
- Virgin hair: May still be human hair but could be steam processed or lightly treated to create consistent textures.
Raw hair typically lasts longer and behaves more naturally.
3. How long does raw hair last?
With proper care, raw hair can last 2–5 years or longer. Many customers reinstall the same bundles multiple times.
4. Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
Yes. Since raw hair is 100% natural human hair, it can be colored, bleached, and styled just like your own hair. For best results, professional coloring is recommended.
5. Will the hair shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is normal. To reduce shedding:
- Seal the wefts
- Avoid cutting the tracks
- Detangle from ends to roots
Raw hair tangles far less than processed hair when maintained properly.
6. Can I use heat on the hair?
Yes. Raw hair can be:
- Flat ironed
- Curled
- Blow dried
Always use a heat protectant to maintain the hair’s health.
7. How many bundles do I need?
Typical recommendations:
